“Where’s Franktown?”
15km, 10km, 5km Charity Run and 1km Family Fun Run/Walk
In support of Calvary Christian Academy (CCA) in Franktown, Ontario

Special Features:
• 15 km run, as well as a 5 km ,10 km and Family 1km Fun Run
- We added the 15km to help marathoners prepare for National Capital Race Weekend (2 weeks later!)

Door prize for either a 5km, 10km, 15km runner
- We will be drawing a bib number at the BBQ
- The lucky runner wins a free, one week condo stay at choice of several Mayan Palace Resorts in Mexico

• Free ‘incredible’ BBQ and luncheon for all runners ($5.00 for others)
• Free babysitting services for runners (8:45 – 11:30 a.m.)
• Charitable Donation Receipts will be issued for all registrations for 5km, 10km 15km Runs
- As this is a charity fundraiser run for Calvary Christian Academy, we are pleased to be able to offer charitable donation receipts
• Scenic flat route through the village of Franktown
- The 5km route will stay within village so it is nice and safe for our younger runners
- The 10km and 15km routes will meander through village then out and back Richmond Hwy (County Rd 10)

• Hand-crafted ‘finisher’ medals for 5 Km, 10 Km and 15 km runners
• Awards for first overall male/female in 5 Km, 10 Km and 15 km runs
• Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finisher in each age/sex category

• Multiple water stations along routes

Minimum Donation Fees
15km Race: $50 for adults, $45 for adult return runners and $30.00 for youth (16 and under)
5 and 10km Races: $35.00 for adults, $30.00 for adult return runners and $20.00 for youth (16 and under)
Additional 5$ fee will be charged to 5, 10 and 15k Race Day Registration Runners
1km Family Run/Walk: $5.00
Charitable Donation Receipts will be issued for 5, 10 and 15km donation fees if full address provided.

Route
Scenic flat route (no hills) is perfect for attempting your PB (personal best time). Now meanders through village of FRANKTOWN. 5km will primarily be run on ‘back roads’ without traffic; 10 and 15 km routes meander through beautiful FRANKTOWN countryside, then out and back county Rd 10 towards Richmond. Start /finish line on Irvine Street as in past. Distances are marked every kilometre. Multiple water stations along all courses. Police security provided by the Ontario Provincial Police. Chip timing will be provided by ChampionChip through Sportstats (www.sportstats.ca).
