Dress Code

Students at Calvary Christian Academy have a dress uniform, as well as uniforms for everyday use. Our uniforms are of high quality, durable and easy-to-clean materials. All of our shirts are embroidered with the CCA crest in cotton thread.

The Dress Uniform consists of a white, button-down shirt for both boys and girls. The girls also wear a plaid kilt or tunic with tights or knee socks, while boys may wear cotton pants in black. Black shoes are required. The tunic is mandatory for Kindergarten grades.

Everyday uniforms may consist of a combination of our pants, shorts, kilts, tunics, shirts and sweatshirts. Shirts are available in red and white, and there are also red sweatshirts and polar fleece vests. Pants/shorts are either black or beige. Our kilt and tunics are plaid.

Our uniform options are:

- Red or white t-shirts;
- Long or short sleeve red polo shirt;
- White or red turtleneck;
- White cotton button-down (Oxford) shirt;
- Red sweatshirt;
- Red polar fleece vest;
- Kilt or tunic in plaid;
- Black or beige pants; and;
- Black or beige shorts.

Running shoes may be worn during regular school days. Non-marking indoor shoes and black shorts are required for gym.

Uniforms can be ordered twice a year, in January and May. Second hand uniform sales take place informally through the school community.

On theme days, such as Casual Day, students are not allowed to wear items of clothing that suggest violence or other inappropriate content.
